What’s the difference between customers and raving fans?

At JudgeService, we are passionate about creating a community of fans

The concept of Raving Fans was established by Ken Blanchard. He has made it his life mission to educate businesses on how to create a working environment which believes that simply satisfying your customers is not enough.

To create this ideal community, we first need to establish the difference between what makes a customer and what makes a raving fan.

A customer is defined as “a recipient of a good service, product or idea”, whereas a “raving fan” is defined by Ken Blanchard himself as “a customer who is so overwhelmed and floored by the customer service they’ve received that they can’t stop telling everyone about it”.

JudgeService strives to help all our clients create raving fans. Our products and services source insight straight from your own customers and provides you with legitimate and quantifiable data that enables you to explore your businesses strengths and weaknesses.

“Make a fan, not a sale”

– Neil Addley, Founder and Managing Director of JudgeService Research Ltd

JudgeService strives to help all our clients create raving fans.

Not only do we want to create raving fans for our clients, but we want our clients to be raving fans of us too.

It’s extremely important to us that we create a relationship with our clients which encourages communication, honesty, character, and retention.

Here’s what some of our clients are saying about us:

We have been JudgeService customers for just over 12 months now and have found their ReAct tool invaluable, for obtaining reviews and measuring customer satisfaction.

The Traffic Light style report enables me to see at a glance, the areas where we are performing strongly and the areas where we can look to improve.

Displaying the JudgeService widget on our website shows customers that we take their feedback on board and shows just how many of our customers, are happy to recommend us, to their family and friends.

Our Account Manager, Tom, has been superb throughout and he has provided comprehensive training and support since day one.

I would recommend JudgeService, to any business that values delivering the best customer service.”

– Alex Rea, Marketing Manager at Lindop Toyota.

“We see our Judge service reviews as our best & most cost-effective form of marketing.

It allows us to monitor our performance with the people who matter, our customers and brings many new customers to us, giving them the confidence to deal with our company.”

– Brian Henson, Sales Manager at Sinclair Direct

Values are something we believe in strongly at JudgeService.

Creating a company culture that revolves around strong, meaningful, and worthwhile values encourages a motivated and positive working environment that your employees can flourish and grow in.
